The company can offer its services and provide consultants in different parts of the world. No two clients or projects are alike. We don’t use a “cookie-cutter” approach to anything we do. We will take the time to fully understand your business challenges and develop a highly customized and tailored approach to meet your specific needs.
If the company appoints a third-party consultant, a general commission agent, or any other agent with an independent status then the cost of any such person/company/facility will be added to the invoice for completing the service/job.
Any third-party software if purchased for the customer will be billed as per invoice.
All payments for support contracts come with a 30-day Return, Refund, and/or Cancellation Policy.
Taxes and Fees as applicable are collected/added to the invoice as levied by the bank. Termination and Cancellation of Subscription Based Plans purchased by customer; are subject to termination/cancellation by Incinque, at any time without prior notice. In the event of such termination or cancellation, a refund (pro-rata basis) for the time remaining on such service package; will be refunded to the customer within 30 days of such modification, termination, or cancellation. Incinque reserves the right to modify or enhance the procedures and/or features of the service packages to improve the Quality of Service, without notifying the customer.
